Rituparna's World

A teacher of English language by day, my passion lies in writing, translating, reviewing and editing. My research interests include postcolonial studies, gender studies, vulnerability studies, urban studies, food and memory. I translate mostly fiction from Bengali and Hindi into English. I sometimes also enjoy writing short stories and flash fiction. 

I just finished translating my second novel. I am working on translating a memoir and two short story anthologies. I write from my beloved city, Kolkata, India.
